1. Overview
TrueLoad is provided by SYNOVA TECH LIMITED. Version 1.0 does not require an account, contains no advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, does not sell personal information, and does not use developer-operated analytics services.
2. Records you choose to create
TrueLoad may contain information you actively enter or select, including firearm profiles, component inventory, recipes, physical batches, chronograph results, target images, environmental data, and notes.
In version 1.0, these records are stored on your iPhone using Apple’s SwiftData framework. TrueLoad version 1.0 does not provide CloudKit or iCloud synchronization.
3. Camera and photos
Camera
Camera access is used only to scan TrueLoad batch QR codes. QR processing takes place on the device.
Photos
Photo access is used only when you actively choose a target image to add to a record. TrueLoad does not browse or upload other photos.
4. Location and WeatherKit
TrueLoad requests location only when you ask it to obtain WeatherKit environmental information. You may deny location access and enter weather and ballistic environment values manually. TrueLoad does not continuously track location and does not persist latitude or longitude in your records.
5. Bluetooth Low Energy printing
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) is used to discover and connect to a compatible local thermal label printer selected by you. Label content is sent directly from your iPhone to that printer. SYNOVA TECH LIMITED does not receive your print job or label content.
6. Retention and deletion
Local records remain on your device until you delete individual records or delete the app’s data. Deleting TrueLoad from your iPhone removes its locally stored app data, subject to the behavior of iOS device backups that you independently control.
7. Data disclosure
Because TrueLoad version 1.0 keeps its app records locally and does not operate an account, analytics, advertising, or synchronization service, SYNOVA TECH LIMITED does not receive those records through normal app use. We may receive information you voluntarily send when contacting support and use it only to respond to the request or meet legal obligations.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when TrueLoad’s features or legal requirements change. The effective and last-updated dates above identify the current policy.
